called to create
"In the beginning God created..." (Genesis 1:1)
So we open the Bible and the first lesson we learn about God is that he is infinitely creative. Shortly after, we learn that we are made in the image of Creator God. This biblical truth validates our desire to be creative - to go out and use our abilities to honour and praise the living God and reflect who He is to the world. When Jesus commissioned the 12 to go out and preach the good news, He announced a calling on all of us to use our God-given gifts and abilities to help fulfil that calling.
Are you Called to Create? Do you have creative abilities that can help your Church impact your community? If so, this conference is for you. We want to affirm you and further equip you in your creative capacity. Create Conference is for people who are involved in visual media in their church, whether paid, voluntarily, novice or pro - you'll be made most welcome!
